How to Register Your APEKS Device – A Quick Guide

In this post, we'll show you how to register your device in just a few easy steps. There are two methods you can use — both are simple and quick. Let's get started!

✅ Method 1: Manual License Entry

1. Tap the Communication tab in your app.

2. Under Model Type, select your device. (In this demo, we're using RTK (AP30 Laser).)

3. Tap Currently Paired Device and choose your device's Bluetooth name.

4. Tap Connect.

5. A message will pop up asking if you want to pair — tap Pair.

6. Once connected, tap Device Activation.

7. Enter your License manually in the field provided.

8. Tap Activate.

9. If successful, you'll see a confirmation at the bottom:
   👉 “Device activated successfully.”

📷 Method 2: Scan the QR Code

1. First, connect your device via Bluetooth as described above.

2. Tap Device Activation.

3. Tap the QR code icon next to the license input box.

4. Scan your license QR code.

5. Tap Activate.

6. Once activated, the same success message will appear:
   👉 “Device activated successfully.”
